At Inaaya Fabric, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns and offer refunds or store credit only in genuine cases, such as when you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective item

You received an incorrect product
📌 Return Conditions:

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Only the exact product originally sold must be returned.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
🚫 Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned product and complete a quality inspection.

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment source (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days after approval.

Store Credit (Gift Code or Wallet Balance)

You may opt for a store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit can be used for any future purchase on Inaaya Fabric.

It does not expire and will be issued once your return is approved.

Refunds for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your UPI ID or bank account details to initiate the refund or store credit.

🚫 Refunds Will Not Be Processed If:

The product is used, washed, or returned in a damaged condition

The return request is made after 3 days of delivery

Shipping or handling fees were part of your order
